This was a full tear down and custom build on the top of a steep waterfront slope. The goal of this project was to offer a place of serenity through the use of a neutral palette and bringing the outdoors inside. Strong linear forms and steel elements were complemented with soft furnishings with muted colors. Cohesion through repetition of materials was incorporated throughout for a seamless and calming environment.

This home was a pre-specified new build home construction to be used as a secondary home. We made enhancements to the interior design to improve and add lighting automation, kitchen design, window shading systems, wallcoverings and selecting all furnishings. The scale of the home with high ceilings and potential for echo was minimized greatly by adding acoustical wood slat systems, plush rugs and upholstered furniture. Automated roller shades provide protection from the direct sunlight and the automated lighting system provides added security. Stay tuned for photos from October photoshoot.

We are in the midst of an apartment renovation in a luxury senior living community high rise. This project includes revising the layout to be fully tailored to the client's and future residents aging in place needs. The bathroom was completely redesigning to make it a multiuse room that is not only aesthetically beautiful but functionally meets current and future needs of the client. The kitchen has been fully modernized with warm cabinetry, panel-ready appliances and a more functional layout. Additional spaces were adjoined to allow for an open entry and to support client hobbies with extensive storage solutions.
